• Roles & responsibilities: Advice on the appointment of VEFK (in accordance with VDE 1000-10), definition of plant manager (AV)/work manager (ArbV), representatives, RACI matrix.
• Written delegation of duties: Sample texts per role/service provider
• Organization & processes: Work approvals, switching & work instructions, lockout/tag-out, external company management, minimum standards.
• Inspection & maintenance organization: DGUV-V3 concept, TRBS-compliant test cadastre, deadline logic, qualified persons, measurement & report templates.
• Documents & evidence: Operation/work instructions, circuit book, instruction plan, plant & protection equipment directory.
• Wind/PV/BESS specifics: MS switchgears/transformer, inverter/DC risks, emergency/remote shutdown, winter/ice operation (lock logic, weather window).

• Electrical safety organizational manual including roles, processes, templates
• Audit register & annual plan (attachments/equipment) with responsible persons/deadlines
• Switching & work instructions (MS, low voltage, PV-DC) + approval forms
• Training & qualification matrix (EFK/Eup/EFKfft) with supporting documents
• Audit/inspection report with list of measures
