8.2 Consulting AG successfully accredited again by DAkkS

After passing the audit in February this year and the official feedback in April, 8.2 Consulting AG has now received the new accreditation certificate for Type C inspection body in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 received.

The requirements of this standard are specifically tailored to inspection bodies and are in line with the principles of DIN EN ISO 9001.

Accreditation includes Technical inspections of onshore and offshore wind turbines by means of recurring inspection (WKP), condition-based inspection (ZOP), commissioning inspection (IBN), warranty period inspection (GWE), rotor blade testing (TP RB), video endoscopies (VE) and verification of continued operation of wind turbines (BPW) by assessing and establishing compliance with specific and — based on an expert assessment — with general requirements.

8.2 Consulting AG is thus continuing to send a strong signal to its customers about the quality and reliability of its processes.
