New name - same team

Generation change at 8.2 Obst & Ziehmann/8.2 Obst & Hamm GmbH

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

We would like to inform you that we have changed our company name:

“8.2 Obst & Ziehmann GmbH” is now “8.2 Obst & Hamm GmbH”

Dietmar Obst joined the 8.2 Group in 2003. Three years later, his engineering office was developed into 8.2 Obst & Ziehmann engineering partnership.

In 2016, there was a change of legal form to 8.2 Obst & Ziehmann GmbH, as the company had reached a certain size at that time and was increasingly active in international business. Lauritz Hamm, who has been with the company since 2012, joined the management team at the beginning of 2019. In spring 2022, Lauritz Hamm succeeded Jochen Ziehmann as a shareholder.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Jochen Ziehmann for the wonderful and successful years together!
